2. “Online HIMCARE Enrollment” या “HIMCARE Enrollment” option चुनें और category select करें; फिर ration card की दोनों sides और category proof (BPL कार्ड, worker certificate, ekal naari certificate आदि) scan करके upload करें.​

3. Family details (सभी members के नाम, age, gender, relation) भरें, captcha enter करें aur application submit करें; system एक Unique Reference Number (URN) generate करेगा, जिसे future tracking के लिए note करना जरूरी है.​
